The safety of the public is enshrined in our mission to provide "safe and reliable gas supply" to the communities that we serve. Our supply continuity rate reaches over 99.99%, one of the best in the world. To ensure public safety, a 24-hour Grid Control Centre continuously monitors our gas network, our emergency service teams stand-by around-the-clock, and we carry out regular surveys and inspections with advanced equipment.

We have a robust Corporate Crisis Management Plan in place, with a three-tiered approach for recovering from an emergency situation in a timely and effective manner, while ensuring disruptions to the public are kept to a minimum.
