Established in 2014, S-Tech, a wholly-owned Towngas subsidiary, focuses on high technology software covering product development, solution implementation and system integration, offices located in Hong Kong and Wuhan. S-Tech has attained various certifications, including ISO9001, ISO20000, New Technology Enterprise, Software Technology Enterprise and etc. S-Tech was set up to provide cloud computing, IT solutions and services for Towngas’ joint ventures and other corporate customers.
 
S-Tech owns a series of gas industry software with intellectual property right, including Towngas Customer Information System (TCIS), Geographic Information System (GIS), Artificial intelligence Call Centre (AICC), a series of mobile application products consist of mobile safety inspection, mobile meter reading, mobile maintenance, covering customer service, meter reading, fee charging, safety inspections, smart meter management, pipe network equipment management and etc. In 2020, TCIS 3.0 of S-Tech serves more than 17 million customers with its quality service.
