Our key stakeholders comprise both internal and external stakeholders, we identify and prioritise key stakeholders who are currently or expected to be closely interlinked by our operations and business, and who can significantly affect our business’ operation.
We promote two-way dialogue with stakeholders, and ensure they have sufficient capacity to communicate with us through proper channels. This includes capacity-building initiatives to empower local stakeholders to communicate confidently and effectively. We regularly review stakeholder perceptions through surveys and feedback mechanism such as the Customer Focus Team, helping us understand their views and concerns. Meeting with local stakeholders allows us to identify emerging issues early, so we can respond proactively.
Stakeholder engagement programmes are also implemented across all our local operations, fostering close and long-lasting relationships through listening, action, and regular responsiveness. These efforts help us manage and reduce stakeholder engagement risks while building trust and mutual understanding.
