The eService Centre enables users to manage their Towngas account anytime, anywhere. In addition to opening a Towngas account and reporting their meter reading, users can make maintenance appointments as well as check their gas usage and payment record from their mobile device. The system automatically displays the latest bill balance. Users can also opt for meter reading and eBilling reminders to make gas account management easy.
To settle their gas bill, users can log onto the eService Centre to make an app-to-app payment via AlipayHK or PPS (for iOS and Android only), or download a QR code for payment at a convenience store.
Apply for Towngas’ eBilling service directly from the app to achieve an annual carbon reduction of 316 grams in terms of paper and postage saved.
In addition to a clean design and clear content categorisation, the app also offers menu customisation to facilitate enhanced access.
