- Labour cost for appliance maintenance and repair
- On-demand appliance check-ups
- Regular safety inspections, including checking appliances to ensure optimum working conditions and safety, testing installation pipes to ensure that they are air-tight, and conducting visual inspections of the service risers
- Towngas eService Centre
- Customer Service Hotline
To make the scheme economical for all, the costs for appliance parts and rubber hoses, will be charged only as the items are needed. Customers will also be charged separately for repair or replacement of internal pipes and external service risers, and for disconnection and reconnection of appliances.

** To minimize the risk of the spread of the novel coronavirus and in line with the government legislation, our company should not arrange personnel to provide service in buildings subjected to Compulsory Testing and ‘restriction-testing declaration’ within 7 days; in any premises with person tested preliminary positive / positive to COVID-19 or under Home Quarantine / Isolation. However, customers are welcome to make an appointment for service after the compulsory testing period or home quarantine/ isolation or 7 days after ‘restriction-testing declaration’.
