City Gas

The Group entered the Chinese mainland market in 1994 with less than 5,000 customers. Today, we are one of the leading piped city-gas operators in the country, with over 320 city-gas projects serving more than 42 million residential, commercial, and industrial customers across 23 provincial regions.

 

Leveraging our extensive customer base in city-gas projects, we have expanded our business to provide “Gas+” integrated energy solutions. Our one-stop, high-efficiency, and light-asset-based services cater to diverse energy needs for individual commercial and residential customers, as well as industrial parks and entire cities. In addition to gas, we offer combined cooling, heating, and power solutions.  We conduct strategic energy planning and design suitable solutions to meet local conditions, such as space heating in northern regions and centralised cooling in southern areas.  

Harnessing advanced technologies such as IoT, AI, big data, and cloud services, our integrated energy systems encompass multi-energy stations, networks and storage facilities, and smart control centres. We are helping our clients to achieve green production with high efficiency and reliability. 

Low-carbon Transition

As natural gas remains a significant clean fuel on the Chinese mainland, we are actively developing projects such as bio-natural gas grid connections and hydrogen blending into natural gas pipelines. These initiatives aim to achieve a "green gas" supply, contributing to environmental protection and the country's "dual carbon" goals.
