Towngas eBilling Promotion

Towngas actively promotes paperless online services and encourages customers to use eBilling in order to reduce paper consumption. From 1 May until 30 September 2018, Towngas eBilling customers can register to enter the lucky draws via our Virtual Assistant and get a chance to win fabulous prizes.
 
During the promotion period, for every new application for Towngas eBilling, Towngas will donate HK$10* to a green group for environmental initiatives. You can also choose to designate the beneficiary organisation. For more details, please click here.

Monthly Lucky Draw
Customers who newly apply for Towngas eBilling and successfully activate the service will be entitled to register for the Monthly Lucky Draw via our Virtual Assistant. 
 
Prize: 15,000 Asia Miles (10 winners per month)
 
Steps to Register :
Step 1:         Sign up a Towngas eAccount at www.towngas.com/eService and enable the eBilling service. You will receive a letter confirming your successful application within five working days  
Step 2:              Go to Towngas website www.towngas.com, select Virtual Assistant service and enter the Monthly Lucky Draw code: gogreen
Step 3:   Click the link provided by Virtual Assistant and follow the instructions to complete the registration

 
Grand Lucky Draw
All current and new eBilling customers will be entitled to register for the Grand Lucky Draw. For those who have registered for the Monthly Lucky Draw will automatically be entered the Grand Lucky Draw and no need to register again.
 
Prize:
Grand Prize (1 winner): 100,000 Asia Miles
2nd Prize (3 winners): 50,000 Asia Miles
3rd Prize (5 winners): Le Creuset Signature Oval French Oven Pot

Step 1:    Go to Towngas website www.towngas.com, select Virtual Assistant service and enter the Grand Lucky Draw code: tgebill
Step 2:      Click the link provided by Virtual Assistant and follow the instructions to complete the registration
 
 
 
Terms and Conditions
1. The promotion period of “Monthly Lucky Draw” and “Grand Lucky Draw” is 1 May 2018 to 30 September 2018, both dates are inclusive (“Promotion Period”). Date and time of lucky draw registration will be recorded based on Towngas’(the organiser’s) server.
2. Both existing and new Towngas eBilling customers are eligible to join “Grand Lucky Draw”, each account is entitled to enter into one round of lucky draw only. All eBilling customers who enter into “Monthly Lucky Draw” before, will automatically enter Grand Lucky Draw. Those customers are not required to re-register.
3. Only newly-registered eBilling customers are eligible to join “Monthly Lucky Draw”. Newly-registered eBilling customers must be those who currently have not yet registered or cancelled Towngas eBilling service within 6 months from the date of application. Each gas account is entitled to enter into one round of lucky draw only (not including “Grand Lucky Draw”)
4. Participant must be a Hong Kong resident aged 18 or above. Towngas reserves the right to request winners to present corresponding identification document(s) for verification. Winner who fails to present any corresponding identification document(s) will be disqualified.
5. Participant has the responsibility to read the terms and condition carefully before entering into the lucky draw. Participant shall be assumed of acknowledging and agreeing with the terms and conditions once they participate in the lucky draw. Towngas reserves the right to disqualify any participant who is not eligible to enter into the lucky draw. 
6. All winners will be drawn by Towngas’computer system randomly each month. The “Monthly Lucky Draw” will take place on 6 June 2018 (phase 1), 11 July 2018 (phase 2), 8 August 2018 (phase 3), 5 September 2018 (phase 4), and 10 October 2018 (phase 5), the lucky draw results will be announced on Towngas official website in 10 working days after the promotion end date of each phase. Grand Lucky Draw will also take place on 10 October 2018. All lucky draw results will be published on our Towngas official website (www.towngas.com), The Standard and Sing Tao Daily newspapers on 16 October 2018.
7. All winners will be notified by email or phone separately. Participant is obliged to ensure that all personal details provided are correct and legible. If the personal details provided are incorrect, which make the winner are unreachable on or before 31 October 2018, Towngas reserves the right to grand the prize to replaced winner.
8. All winners of Asia Miles prizes need to be Asia Miles member. If a winner of Asia Miles is not an Asia Miles member, he/she can enroll for free at www.asiamiles.com. The winner is required to provide valid Asia Miles membership information including name and membership number by 30 November 2018 in order to redeem the prize, otherwise he/she will be disqualified. Asia Miles will be credited to the winner’s Asia Miles account within 4 to 6 weeks automatically. All the prizes are bounded by terms and conditions of Asia Miles. 9. Participant must provide their personal data, including full name and contact number to enter into the lucky draw. Personal data supplied by participant will only be used for the administration for this promotional campaign.
10. For any participant misuse or abuse of the promotion that affects the operation or harms the organizer and related third-parties in any aspect, Towngas shall reserve the right to sue and request for compensation.
11. If the prizes are out of stock during the promotional period, Towngas will replace the prize with similar products of the same category without further notification.
12. Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-returnable and non-refundable in any situation.
13. Winners need to redeem the prizes by the designated period, prizes not claimed will be forfeited.
14. Asia Miles Limited and Towngas are not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
15. Staff and family members of Towngas are not allowed to participate in this contest, on the basis of fairness.
16. For any dispute, Towngas and Asia Miles Limited reserve the right on all promotion regulations and final judgment.
17. In the event that there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of this terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
