Towngas donated 10,000 gas hotplates to the Elderly and CSSA Families throughout Hong Kong
To celebrate the 15th anniversary of Towngas District Council Focus Teams, we launched “Towngas Appliances Donation Scheme” with 18 district councils throughout Hong Kong. In order to improve the living conditions of the people in need, we will donate 10,000 gas hotplates to the elderly aged 60 or above living alone, families with two senior citizens and the families receiving Comprehensive Social Security Assistance (CSSA) throughout Hong Kong. In addition, we will arrange technicians to install the hotplates in their residences and explain how to use gas appliances safely.
