Towngas Launched New Website Interface

At Towngas, we launched our new website interface (www.towngas.com) in December 2009, with a bold new look using blue and green as the key colour scheme. These colours emphasise our continuing focus on, and wholehearted embracement of, the low carbon lifestyle. Making it easier to look for information, the website is also classified into "Corporate Information" and "Customer Information" sections.
We have modified the overall design and simplified the site structure of our eService Centre, to enhance the functionality of our one-stop eService facilities. Once you as a customer register for our eServices, you gain a full range of online advantages including managing multiple gas accounts and account settings, keeping track of your gas consumption and payment history, settling payments online, reporting meter readings, in addition to also being able to make maintenance and installation appointments online.
The addition of "Quick Links" and "Towngas Related Website" menus on each web page enables easy customer access to our "eService Centre", "Media Centre", "Appliance Gallery", "Cooking Centre" and the websites of our subsidiaries. These services are available with a simple click, when it suits your convenience, at your own time and pace.
Our informative website also provides news of promotion offers, stock information, as well as our credit ratings to allow all our customers to stay posted on our latest Towngas developments.
