Towngas Honoured "Hong Kong Awards for Industries: Productivity and Quality Grand Award"
Towngas was honoured "Hong Kong Awards for Industries: Productivity and Quality Grand Award 2008" in January 2009, a testimony to our high level of operational productivity as well as product and service quality.
Towngas has implemented the Superior Quality Service Programme for many years to encourage our staff to take initiatives on providing ideas to improve productivity and service quality. Towngas always advocates continuing transformation and has introduced the advanced engineering technology and information systems to improve operation efficiency. Moreover, as a customer-focus company, we continuously enhance our services, hence bringing greater values to our customers. In 2007, we served more than 800 customers per staff in average and received more than 4,000 compliment letters from our customers, which are both good demonstrations of our productivity and quality standards.
