Service enhancement: FPS refund

For the convenience of our customers, Towngas became the first utility company to introduce the option of refunding deposit and credit balance through FPS (Faster Payment System) for registered Towngas account holders upon gas account closure. Customers can choose to have their deposit and credit balance below HK$8,000 directly transferred via FPS to their bank accounts in an efficient and environmentally friendly manner.

#Name registered for FPS must be identical to that of the Towngas account holder.
