From now until 25 October 2022, the first 13 customers who provide the correct answers to the “Ask Tinny” Prize Quiz through Virtual Assistant Tinny will be rewarded with fabulous prizes. The quiz lasts for one week, and the prizes are as follows:
 
Grand Prize: $800 “Towngas Fun” Discount Code^ (1 winner)
Second Prize: $500 “Towngas Fun” Discount Code^ (2 winners)
Third Prize: $120 “Towngas Fun” Discount Code^ (10 winners)
 
The 1^st customers who provide the correct answers will win the Grand Prize, the 2^nd to 3^rd customers will win the Second Prize, and the 4^th to 13^th customers will win the Third Prize.
 
All customers participating in the Prize Quiz will also be rewarded with 1,000 “Towngas Fun” points.

Announcement of Results:
The results will be announced on 18 November 2022 on Towngas’ website. Participants must register for a “Towngas Fun” member account before 11 November 2022 to be eligible for the “Towngas Fun” discount code. Winners will be notified by SMS in November 2022. The points for all participants will be deposited in November 2022 into the “Towngas Fun” member accounts registered with the mobile phone number provided by the participants.
 
 

Terms and Conditions

1.	The promotion period of “‘Ask Tinny’ Prize Quiz” (“the Event”) is 19 October 2022 to 25 October 2022, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”). The date and time of registration will be recorded based on Towngas’ (“the Organiser’s”) server. The quiz lasts for one week, and each mobile phone number will only be credited once for the event period.
2.	Participants must register for a “Towngas Fun” member account before 11 November 2022. Participants will have their reward points deposited in November 2022 into the “Towngas Fun” member accounts associated with the mobile phone number provided. Winners of the discount code will be notified by SMS in November 2022. Each “Towngas Fun” member account is entitled to one reward only.
3.	Participants must be Hong Kong permanent residents aged 18 or above. Towngas reserves the right to request the winners to present corresponding identification document(s) for verification at the time of winner confirmation. Winners who fail to present any corresponding identification document(s) will be disqualified.
4.	Participants are responsible for reading these Terms and Conditions carefully before entering this Event. Participants are assumed to have acknowledged and agreed with the Terms and Conditions once they participate in this Event. Towngas reserves the right to disqualify any participant who is not eligible to take part in this Event without prior notice.
5.	The results will be announced on Towngas’ website on 18 November 2022.
6.	Participants are obliged to ensure that all personal details they provide are correct and legible. If the personal details provided are incorrect, Towngas reserves the right to grant the prize to another winner.
7.	Towngas reserves the right to sue and request compensation from any participants misusing or abusing the promotion in a way that affects the operation of or harms the organiser and related third parties in any aspect.
8.	Winners of the “Towngas Fun” discount code can enter it on the “shopping cart” page to enjoy a discount for the whole cart. (Towngas appliances, courses and products from Towngas Cooking Centre, merchandise sold by The Hong Kong and China Gas Company Limited instead of merchants in “Towngas Fun”, “Dining Coupons” and “Coupon Offers” products, designated products from promotions, delivery charge and surcharge are excluded).
9.	No minimum spending is required for the discount code, which must be used on or before 30 June 2023.
10.	If the awarded product is out of stock during the promotional period, Towngas will replace the prize with similar products from the same category without further notice.
11.	Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstance.
12.	The discount code cannot be reused even in the event that the order is refunded for any reason.
13.	Towngas is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of using the prize, except for liability which cannot be excluded by law.
14.	Towngas reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
15.	Towngas staff and their family members are not allowed to participate in this Event, on the basis of fairness.
16.	In the case of any disputes, Towngas reserves the right to the final decision.
17.	In the event that there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
