Sign up for eBilling & autopay for up to HK$50 rebate

From 1 October 2023 to 31 March 2024, Towngas residential customers who newly complete the registration for eBilling Service and successfully apply for Bank Autopay for  eBilling payments will be eligible for up to HK$50 gas charge rebate (HK$5 rebate per month for up to 10 times).#
 
Apply for eBilling Service (Towngas residential customers): please sign up for a Towngas eAccount at www.towngas.com/eService. You will receive a SMS or a letter confirming your successful registration within five working days.
 
Apply for Bank Autopay (Towngas residential customers):  please call our Customer Service Hotline at 2880 6988 or log in to Towngas eAccount at www.towngas.com/eService to apply online, or download an “Autopay Direct Debit Authorisation Form” and send the completed form to the corresponding bank directly. In general, approval of Bank Autopay will take approximately four to six weeks. Please contact your corresponding bank for the approval progress and details.

# Terms and Conditions
1.    Only Towngas residential customers are eligible for participation in this campaign.  
Non-residential customers are not eligible.
2.    Towngas residential customers who successfully set up Bank Autopay are eligible for participation in this campaign. Customers with Credit Card Autopay set up are not eligible.
3.    The gas charge rebate of HK$50 is exclusive to Towngas residential customers who have not registered for eBilling and Bank Autopay for gas bill payment on 30 September 2023.
4.    During the campaign period ( from 1 October 2023  to  31 March 2024 ), for Towngas residential customerswho successfully set up an eBilling and an approved Bank Autopay, the HK$5 Gas Charge Rebate will be automatically credited to eligible customers gas account each month, and it will be clearly displayed in the eBill. The rebate will be credited up to 10 times.  
5.    For customers whose eBilling service and / or Bank Autopay is cancelled within two years of successful set-up, Towngas will cease the Gas Charge Rebate immediately and debit the awarded Gas Charge Rebate.
6.    Employees of the Company are not eligible to enter the entire campaign.
7.    Our company records shall determine whether the eBilling and Bank Autopay are successfully set up. 
8.    In case of disputes, the decision of the Company shall be final and conclusive.
