Towngas organises riser maintenance contractor safety training
On 7 May, the Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) team of the Corporate Sustainability department of Towngas organised a three-hour work safety training session for the Company’s riser maintenance contractors. Through case study and hazard identification activity during training, contractors understand the potential risks and corresponding safety measures for riser maintenance work in order to avoid accidents. It was the first time to utilise the practical training equipment at our brand new HSE resources centre and integrate in the ordinary classroom training. Through the hybrid training, participants can better grasp the OSH knowledge, as well as the skills for the usage of personal protective equipment.
