Recognised as Mental Health Friendly Supreme Organisation

Towngas cares for the mental health of its employees, placing an emphasis on and committing to the promotion of a mental health-friendly workplace environment. Under the Mental Health Workplace Charter of the Occupational Safety and Health Council, Towngas delivered stellar performance in various aspects of mental health management, such as fostering a respectful and positive environment, active listening and communication, and facilitating early identification of mental distress and timely treatment, among others.
