4. 4) Enter promotion code “tgtips”.
5. 5) Click on the link in Tinny’s dialogue box, read the information and answer the question.

1.	The promotion period of “‘Ask Tinny’ Prize Quiz” (“the Event”) is 16 November 2021 to 29 December 2021, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”). Date and time of registration will be recorded based on Towngas’ (“the Organiser’s”) server. The quiz lasts for two weeks. Each mobile phone number will be credited a maximum of once only for the whole event period.
2.	Participants must register for a “Towngas Fun” member account before 3 December 2021. Winners of the points, will have their prize deposited in December 2021 into the “Towngas Fun” member account registered with the mobile phone number provided. Winners of the discount code will be notified by SMS in December 2021. Each “Towngas Fun” member account is entitled to one unit of reward only.
3.	Participants must be Hong Kong permanent residents aged 18 or above. Towngas reserves the right to request winners to present corresponding identification document(s) for verification at the time of winner confirmation. Winners who fail to present any corresponding identification document(s) will be disqualified.
4.	Participants are responsible for reading these Terms and Conditions carefully before entering into this Event. Participants shall be assumed to acknowledge and agree with the Terms and Conditions once they participate in this Event. Towngas reserves the right to disqualify any participant who is not eligible to take part in this Event without prior notice.
5.	The results will be announced on Towngas’ website on 24 December 2021.
6.	Participants are obliged to ensure that all personal details provided by them are correct and legible. If the personal details provided are incorrect, Towngas reserves the right to grant the prize to another winner.
7.	Towngas reserves the right to sue and request for compensation from any participant misusing or abusing the promotion in a way that affects the operation of or harms the organiser and related third parties in any aspect.
8.	Winners of the “Towngas Fun” discount code can enter it on the "shopping cart" page to enjoy discount for the whole cart. (Towngas appliances, courses and products from Towngas Cooking Centre, meals and products from Flame at Towngas Avenue, merchandise sold by Towngas instead of merchants in “Towngas Fun”, delivery charge and surcharge are excluded).
9.	No minimum spending is required for the discount code, which must be used on or before 30 June 2022.
10.	If the awarded product is out of stock during the promotional period, Towngas will replace the prize with similar products from the same category without further notice.
11.	Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstance.
12.	The discount code cannot be reused even in the event that the order is refunded for any reason.
13.	Towngas is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of using the prize, except for liability which cannot be excluded by law.
14.	Towngas reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
15.	Towngas staff and their family members are not allowed to participate in this contest, on the basis of fairness.
16.	In the case of any disputes, Towngas reserves the right to the final decision.
17.	In the event that there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
