"Ask Tinny" Prize Quiz - Appliance Usage Tips

From 1 July to 31 August 2020, customers who answer correctly in the Q&A through Virtual Assistant Tinny will be rewarded with 1,000 points of Towngas Fun. Simply visit and click on Virtual Assistant, or directly visit to chat with our Virtual Assistant Tinny. If you have any other Towngas service inquiries, Tinny can also answer your questions instantly.

3. Click on the link in Tinny’s dialogue box, watch the video and answer the question.
4. Fill in their personal information to register. 

Results Announcement:

Result will be announced in September 2020 on Towngas’ website. Participants must register a Towngas Fun account before 5 September with the mobile phone number provided by participants to redeem the 1,000 points of Towngas Fun. The Points will be deposited to the Towngas Fun account registered with the mobile phone number provided by participants before 15 September.
