Report your meter readings to win fabulous prizes!

Good news for Towngas Residential customers. Starting from 1 October to 31 December 2016, all Towngas Residential customers who successfully report their meter readings will be entered automatically into the “Towngas Self-reading Lucky Draw” with the chance to win fabulous prizes.

Prizes
Monthly Lucky Draw
Monthly Prizes: HK$500 supermarket coupon for 10 lucky winners
Residential customers who successfully report meter readings during the campaign period will be entitled to one Lucky Draw chance for each Towngas account.

eChannel Prizes: HK$800 supermarket coupon for 10 lucky winners
During the campaign period, residential customers who successfully report meter readings via our echannels, including our eService Centre, Towngas App and self-reading QR code, will be entitled to one chance automatically for our eChannel Prizes.

Grand Prize Lucky Draw: HK$10,000 travel cash coupon for 1 lucky winner
Residential customers who successfully report meter readings for three consecutive months during the campaign period are eligible for the Grand Prize Lucky Draw.

Terms and Conditions
1. Only residential gas account customers are eligible for participation in the Lucky Draws.
2. From 1 October to 31 December 2016, customers who successfully report their monthly meter readings via the Self-reading Hotline, eService Centre, Self-reading Reminder Service, Towngas App and Self-reading QR Code, will be entered automatically into the Lucky Draw. Each qualified account holder receives a single entry in each draw.
3. Customers who are non-winners for the “Monthly Prizes” and “e-Channel Prizes”, will be automatically carried forward to the next calendar month and are entitled for another chance at the Monthly Lucky Draw until the end of the campaign period.
4. Our company records shall determine whether the self-reported reading was successfully submitted. 
5. The Lucky Draw will take place on 6 January 2017.
6. The Lucky Draw results will be announced on 13 January 2017. Details will be published in the Standard and Sing Tao Daily newspapers as well as on our Towngas website (www.towngas.com). Notification letters will also be sent to the winners.
7. Only Towngas accounts with good credit during the entire campaign period, i.e., up to the day of the prize presentation, will be eligible for receiving the prize. 
8. Only registered gas account holders or their authorised representatives are entitled to receive the prizes.
9. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.
10. The Company reserves the right to publish the winners’ names and photographs for publicity purposes of the Lucky Draws.
11. Employees of the Company are not eligible to enter the Lucky Draws.
12. In case of disputes, the decision of the Company shall be final and conclusive.
