Received "Distinguished Family-Friendly Employer Award" Again
Following the honour of “Family-Friendly Employer Awards” in 2011 and 2013, Towngas received the award again this year, together with "Distinguished Family-Friendly Employer 2015/16", "Special Mention 2015/16 (Gold)" as well as "Award for Breastfeeding Support 2015/16" in recognition of our efforts in implementing family-friendly employment policies.
We fully support our employees to strike a balance between work and life. In addition to improving the Company’s policies, we invest more resources in organising a variety of activities for our employees and their families so that they can enjoy happy moments together and enhance their communication and cohesion.
