Towngas Volunteer Team won the Champion of the Highest Service Hour Award
In the 2015 Hong Kong Volunteer Award Presentation Ceremony held by the Social Welfare Department on 5 December, Towngas Volunteer Team won the Champion of the Highest Service Hour Award (Private Organisatios – Best Customers Participation), marking eight consecutive years of earning this title. The team also won the Merit Award of the Highest Service Hour Award (Private Organisations – Category 1), fully recognising the team’s contributions to the community in the past year.
Mrs Regina Leung, wife of the Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (centre) presented the Champion award of the Highest Service Hour Award (Private Organisation – Best Customers Participation) to representatives of the Towngas Volunteer Service Team.
Mr Kwan Chuk-fai, convenor of Sub-Committee on Promotion of Corporate Volunteering (centre) presented the Merit Award of the Highest Service Hour Award (Private Organisations – Category 1) to representatives of the Towngas Volunteer Service Team.
