The Hong Kong and China Gas Company Limited (Towngas) launches the new mobile app, offering a comprehensive range of services. From 2 November till 31 December, 2015, the 1,000th, 2,000th, 10,000th, 20,000th and 30,000th users to download Towngas’ new mobile app “Towngas 煤氣公司” from Google Play or App Store, and complete a simple registration, will be awarded with supermarket shopping vouchers worth HK$2,000!
Leveraging on the new mobile app, Towngas launches the creative selfie photo contest “
Capturing Green Living GREENFIE” contest by inviting public take selfie in natural environment. Towngas also invites Friends of the Earth (HK) as the green partner of the GREENFIE Contest, while Akina Fong will act as Towngas Greenfie Ambassador, leading the public to take the most trendy and creative Greenfie.
The word “Greenfie”, is formed by the words “Green” & “Selfie”, which means taking selfie with

Capturing Green Living GREENFIE” Contest, Towngas wishes to arouse
public’s concern on environmental protection by sharing the valuable moment and the beauty
of nature through different greenfie photos.
Join the GREENFIE Contest by uploading the greenfie to the new mobile app “Towngas 煤氣公司” from 19 November to 31 December 2015. Participants can also share their greefie photos with their friends via their social media platforms to appeal for “Like”.
Format
Each participant can only submit one photo. The photo should be either in JPEG or PNG format with the file size less than 5MB.

3. Fill in the personal information and upload the Greenfie to the mobile app
4. Share your favourite Greenfie shooting location and reason (limited to 50 words)
5. Press “Submit” after complete all the information. All contents of the entries shall be approved and qualified by Towngas before uploading to the mobile app. The approval procedure will take approximately 1 working day upon receiving the entry.

Judging Process
Two rounds of judging will be held. The panel of judges will pick the winners from the 50 photos with the most "Like". In case of same no. of “Like”, the panel of judges will make the final decision.

Terms & Conditions
1. The organiser of “Capturing Green Living GREENFIE” contest is The Hong Kong and China Gas Company Limited (Towngas) while Friends of the Earth (HK) is the green partner.
2. This contest is held from 19 November to 31 December 2015 23:59. Date and time will be recorded based on Towngas’ server.
3. Each participant is limited to submit 1 photo. For extra photos uploaded, the organiser shall only take the first and successful uploaded photo for judging.
4. Entries must be original. Participants should be aware that the content does not include copyright issue, obscene, violence, religious, political or other inappropriate content. Violation will be disqualified.
5. The organiser reserves the right to use photos of participants in any promotion, exhibition or publishing, without getting prior consent from participants or paying any copyright fee.
6. The rules and regulations shall be regarded as one of the terms and conditions, participants must read them carefully. Participants shall be assumed of acknowledging and agreeing with the terms and conditions once they participate in the contest. Towngas reserves the right to disqualify the participants.
7. For any misuse or abuse of the contest that affects the operation and participants, or harm the organiser in any aspect, Towngas shall reserve the right to sue and request for compensation.
8. If the awarded product of this contest is out of stock during the promotional period, Towngas will replace the prize with similar products of the same category without further notification.
9. Winners must be the users of “Towngas 煤氣公司”mobile app, and have to present the Letter of Notification (original copy) and HKID upon claiming the prizes for verification. Winners fail to present the verifications will be disqualified. Towngas reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice, Towngas’ decision is final for any controversy arises.
10. Towngas reserves the right to announce and reveal the winner’s name and photo for promotion purpose.
11. Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-returnable and non-refundable in any situation.
12. Participant must be Hong Kong residents aged 18 years or above. Staff and direct family members of Towngas are not allowed to participate in this contest, on the basis of fairness.
13. For any dispute, the organiser reserves the right on all contest regulations and final judgment, and shall not accept any complaints or negotiations with participants.
14. In the event that there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of this, the Chinese version shall prevail.
