“Step up” and support Heep Hong Society
Towngas is currently hosting the
#towngasstepup one-minute step challenge. All you have to do is spend a minute climbing the stone steps that our iconic gas lamps proudly light up on Duddell Street in Central, record a video, post it as an Instagram Story, add
#towngasstepup and tag us
@towngashk. By taking part in this challenge, Towngas will match your efforts by donating a set of Duddell Street miniblocks to Heep Hong Society’s sponsored children and youths (up to 200 sets).
Steps to join the campaign:
- 1) Visit the stone steps with gas lamps on the Duddell Street in Central
- 2) Open your Instagram Story and record a video for climbing the stone steps in 1 minute
- 3) Upload the video on Instagram Story and add the hashtag #towngasstepup @towngashk
Finish these steps and accept our challenge. Towngas will donate a set of Duddell Street miniblocks to Heep Hong Society’s (@hhs1963) sponsored children and youth people with special needs (up to 200 sets).

More about the charity sales of Duddell Street Gas Lamps DIY Miniblocks
The sets are available at all Towngas Customer Centres and Towngas Cooking Centre. All proceeds after deducting costs, will be donated to Heep Hong Society to support children and youth with the special needs.

Towngas is launching the “1+1 Building the Future” campaign: for every set of miniblocks purchased, Towngas will donate one set of miniblocks to Heep Hong Society’s sponsored children and youths (up to 600 sets).
