Towngas x PPS App-to-app “Pay with Ease, Earn with Joy” Promotion

Steps for enrollment

Step 1: 
Download Towngas App and PPS on Mobile App
 
Step 2: Click on the promotion link https://ocp.towngas.com/TowngasPPS/ within the promotion period and follow the instructions to register during one of the stages, with 5,000 quotas per stage

Step 3: Log in to your Towngas eAccount within the specified payment period via Towngas App, choose “PPS” under  “Payment” and pay directly with PPS on Mobile* 
(*Remarks: Customers must access PPS on Mobile via the Towngas App to enjoy the offer. Other methods of payment via PPS are not eligible.)

Step 4:  Upon successful completion of the above steps, a one-off HK$20 gas charge rebate will be applied to a gas bill issued on or after 6 July 2021 automatically.

Terms and Conditions
  1. 1.         Only Towngas residential customers are eligible for participation in this campaign. Non-residential customers are not eligible.
  2. 2.         Each gas account is entitled to take part in the campaign once only. Each gas account can be rewarded once only.
3.         Customers who log into their Towngas eAccount via Towngas App, choose “PPS” under “Payment” and pay directly with PPS on Mobile to get the reward* (*Remarks: Customers must access PPS on Mobile via the Towngas App to enjoy the offer. Other methods of payment via PPS are not eligible.)
4.         Customer must complete the registration within the promotion period by using the dedicated promotion link to be eligible for this campaign. Customer is required to provide Towngas Account Number and Account Registered Name for registration. Customer can choose to register in Stage 1 (15 March to 14 April) or Stage 2 (15 April to 14 May). There are 5,000 registration quotas for each stage and all quotas are assigned on a first-come-first-serve basis. Any remaining quotas from Stage 1 will be allocated to Stage 2. Total number of quotas for all two stages are 10,000. The promotion (registration) period is 15 March 2021 to 14 May 2021, both dates inclusive. Date and time of registration will be recorded based on Towngas’ server.
5.         The specific payment period for this campaign is 15 March 2021 to 30 June 2021 (“Payment Period”). Customer can refer to the payment due date listed on the gas bill and pay via the Towngas App by choosing PPS on Mobile within the Payment Period to get the reward.
6.         The one-off HK$20 gas charge rebate will be credited to a gas bill issued on or after 6 July 2021. Towngas will cancel the gas charge rebate or debit the awarded gas charge rebate for customers whose transactions are cancelled after payment.
7.         Towngas company records shall determine whether the app-to-app payment made through “PPS on Mobile” via Towngas App is successful. Results will be displayed on the app.
8.         Towngas staff and their family members are not allowed to participate in this contest, on the basis of fairness.
9.         Gas accounts of winners must be valid and in good standing during the entire campaign period from 15 March to 30 June 2021 to be entitled for the gas charge rebate.
10.       Participants must be Hong Kong residents aged 18 or above. Towngas reserves the right to request winners to present corresponding identification document(s) for verification. Winners who fail to present any corresponding identification document(s) will be disqualified.
11.        Participants have the responsibility to read the terms and condition carefully before participating in the campaign. Participants shall be assumed to acknowledge and agree with the terms and conditions once they participate in the campaign. Towngas reserves the right to disqualify any participant who is not eligible for participation. 
12.        Towngas reserves the right to sue and request for compensation from any participant misusing or abusing the promotion in a way that affects the operation of or harms Towngas and related third-parties in any aspect.
13.        Rewards of the campaign (gas charge rebate) are non-returnable and non-refundable in any situation.
14.       In case of any dispute, Towngas reserves the right of final decision on all promotion regulations and final judgment.
15.       In the event that there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
