The promotion period of “‘Ask Tinny’ Prize Quiz – Round 2” (“the Event”) is 2 November 2020 to 30 November 2020, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”). Date and time of registration will be recorded based on Towngas’ (“the Organiser’s”) server. The quiz last for 4 weeks, with 4 rounds of questions and one question in each round. |

Participants must register for a Towngas Fun account before 4 December. The Points will be deposited in December into the Towngas Fun account registered with the mobile phone number provided by participants. Each Towngas Fun Account will be credited a maximum of once per round. |

Participants must be Hong Kong permanent residents aged 18 or above. Towngas reserves the right to request winners to present corresponding identification document(s) for verification at the time of winner confirmation. Winners who fail to present any corresponding identification document(s) will be disqualified. |

Participants are responsible for reading these Terms and Conditions carefully before entering into this Event. Participants shall be assumed to acknowledge and agree with the Terms and Conditions once they participate in this Event. Towngas reserves the right to disqualify any participant who is not eligible to take part in this Event without prior notice. |

The results will be announced on Towngas’ website in December 2020. |

Participants are obliged to ensure that all personal details provided by them are correct and legible. If the personal details provided are incorrect, Towngas reserves the right to grant the prize to another winner. |

Towngas reserves the right to sue and request for compensation from any participant misusing or abusing the promotion in a way that affects the operation of or harms the organiser and related third parties in any aspect. |

The Points for all rounds will be deposited automatically in December into the Towngas Fun account registered with the mobile phone number provided by the participant. |
| 9. |
If the awarded product is out of stock during the promotional period, Towngas will replace the prize with similar products from the same category without further notification. |
| 10. |
Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstance. |
| 11. |
Towngas is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of using the prize, except for liability which cannot be excluded by law. |

Towngas reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. |

Towngas staff and their family members are not allowed to participate in this contest, on the basis of fairness. |

In the case of any disputes, Towngas reserves the right to the final decision. |

In the event that there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail. |
