Sign up for eBilling and apply for autopay now to enjoy HK$50 in rebate!

From 1 October 2019 to 31 March 2020, residential customers who newly register for Towngas’ eBilling Service and successfully apply for bank autopay will be rewarded monthly gas charge rebate of HK$5 up to a maximum total of HK$50. Act now to help protect the environment by cutting down paper consumption, and enjoy greater convenience!
 
How to apply for Towngas’ eBilling Service
Sign up for a Towngas eAccount at www.towngas.com/eService.  You will receive a letter confirming your successful registration within five working days.
 
How to apply for bank autopay
Log into your Towngas eAccount at www.towngas.com/eService to apply online, or call our Customer Service Hotline at 2880 6988 or download the Autopay Direct Debit Authorization Form, to be completed and sent to your bank. Bank autopay approval takes approximately four to six weeks. Please contact your bank for more details.
 
 
 
Terms and Conditions
  1. 1. This campaign is available for Towngas residential customers only.
  2. 2. The gas charge rebate of HK$50 is exclusive to Towngas residential customers who have not registered for eBilling and bank autopay on 30 September 2019.
  3. 3. During the campaign period from 1 October 2019  to  31 March 2020, Towngas residential customers who successfully newly register for Towngas’ eBilling Service and apply for bank autopay will be credited with HK$5 gas charge rebate automatically to their gas accounts every month. The rebate will be credited for a maximum of 10 times.  Customers with credit card autopay set up are not eligible.
  4. 4. Customers who cancel their eBilling and/or bank autopay within two years of successful set up will have their Gas Charge Rebate cancelled immediately. The awarded Gas Charge Rebate will be debited from their accounts.
  5. 5. Employees of the Company are not eligible to take part in the campaign.
  6. 6. Our company records shall determine whether eBilling and bank autopay were successfully set up.
  7. 7. In case of disputes, the decision of the Company shall be final and conclusive.
