Bank Autopay Reward - HK$50 Gas Charge Rebate

 

Starting from 1 May to 31 October 2018, Towngas residential customers with eBilling service who successfully set up Bank Autopay for gas bill payment via Towngas eAccount or our Customer Service Hotline will be rewarded up to  HK$50 Gas Charge Rebate. (The rebate will be credited to settle gas charges 5 times, HK$10 each.)
 
If Towngas residential customers would like to apply for Bank Autopay, simply login Towngas eAccount at www.towngas.com/eService to apply online or contact our Customer Service Hotline 2880 6988 for application. In general, approval of Bank Autopay will take approximately 4 to 6 weeks. Please contact your corresponding bank for the approval progress and details. 

 
Terms and Conditions
1. Only Towngas residential customers are eligible for participation in this campaign. Non-residential customers are not eligible.
2. Customers who successfully set up Bank Autopay are eligible for participation in this campaign. Customers with Credit Card Autopay set up are not eligible.
3. The Gas Charge Rebate is exclusive to Towngas customers who have not registered for Bank Autopay for gas bill payment in the period of 1 May 2017 to 30 April 2018.
4. When customers successfully set up an approved Bank Autopay during the campaign period (from 1 May 2018 to 31 October2018), HK$10 Gas  Charge Rebate will be automatically credited to each eligible customer’s gas accounts in the next gas bill after each successful bank autopay transaction. Rebate will be credited at most 5 times.  For customers whose eBill or Bank Autopay is cancelled within 2 years of successful set up, Towngas will cease the Gas Charge Rebate immediately and debit the awarded Gas Charge Rebate.
5. If the customers do not complete 5 times of bank autopay transaction within 2 years of successful set up, one cannot enjoy maximum Gas Charge Rebate of HK$50.
6. Employees of the Company are not eligible to enter the entire campaign.
7. Our company records shall determine whether the Bank Autopay was successfully set up.
8.  In case of disputes, the decision of the Company shall be final and conclusive.
