Honoured with Listed Company Awards of Excellence
On 5 November, The Hong Kong and China Gas Company Limited (stock code: 0003) and Towngas China Company Limited (stock code: 1083) were honoured to receive the Listed Company Awards of Excellence by Hong Kong Economic Journal (HKEJ) as recognition for our outstanding performance in corporate governance and different business aspects.
The Listed Company Awards of Excellence was organised by HKEJ to recognise outstanding enterprises especially in business performance. Candidates of the award were sorted according to the following criteria: Piotroski F-score, relative performance to Hang Seng Index, stock analysts’ recommendation and annual revenue growth. The results were further reviewed and assessed by an evaluation committee of professionals including fund managers, industry investment analysts and stock analysts. All data used during the assessment was verified and audited by Deloitte.
In future, Towngas will continue to implement outstanding corporate governance for better returns to our stakeholders and drive for sustainable development.
