Since its inception in 1993, the Customer Focus Team has been one of the significant channels for effective communications between the Company and our customers.
Every month, senior staff from Retail Marketing, Customer Service, Customer Accounts and Corporate Affairs visit different housing estates to listen to customers’ views on our services and products so that we can further improve. The Team also conveys important messages relating to Towngas services, such as gas safety, gas billing and appliance maintenance.
By visiting customers in residential estates, we receive first-hand information and feedback from our valued customers on our services, with a view to fine-tuning them whenever possible.
