In a bid to encourage customers to opt for our eBilling service and get creative for the environment, Towngas has launched the Ideas for a Green Home campaign. Between now and 24 March 2019, eBilling users who register for the campaign via Towngas’ Virtual Assistant and share creative ways to make their home more environmentally friendly stands a chance to win 18,000 Asia Miles. The first 100 participants will get a Towngas Boy (Low Carbon Edition) plush toy!
Terms and Conditions:
1. The Ideas for a Green Home campaign will be held from 27 February to 24 March 2019, inclusive. The date and time of entry will be recorded based on Towngas’ server.
2. Participants must have already registered for Towngas’ eBilling service and liked the official Towngas Facebook page. Each Towngas account holder can register for the campaign once.
3. Participants must be permanent residents of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region aged 18 years or above. Towngas reserves the right to request winners to present documents for the purpose of identity verification. Failure to do so will disqualify the winning entry.
4. Participants must confirm that they have read, understand and agree to abide by the terms and conditions prior to taking part in the campaign. Towngas reserves the right of decision to disqualify an entry without prior notice upon any participants’ violation of the terms and conditions.
5. Results will be announced on 3 April 2019 on Towngas’ Facebook page (www.facebook.com/hktowngas). Winners will be notified by email.
6. Winners will be notified by email. Participants should ensure that the contact details provided are correct.
7. Winners of Asia Miles must be members of the Asia Miles programme. Those who are not yet a member may enroll free of charge at
www.asiamiles.com. Winners must provide a valid Asia Miles user name and membership number by 18 April 2019. Failure to do so will disqualify the winner. The Asia Miles awarded will be credited to winners’ Asia Miles accounts in four to six weeks, and are subject to Asia Miles’ terms and conditions. Please refer to

8. Participants are required to provide the necessary personal information, including their full name and contact number. The personal information obtained will be used solely for the purpose of this campaign.
9. Towngas reserves the right to take legal action for any harm caused to Towngas or any third party by any violation of the terms and conditions or the law on the part of the participant or winner.
10. Prizes cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
11. Winners must claim their prizes before the deadline. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.
12. Towngas and Asia Miles Limited disclaim liability for any loss, damage or physical harm directly or indirectly related to the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
13. In case of disputes, Towngas and Asia Miles Limited reserve the right of final decision for this campaign.
14. In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
Personal Information Collection Statement
The collected personal information will be used for this campaign only. Participants must provide the requested information to take part in the campaign. Towngas shall cancel entries from and forfeit any prizes awarded to participants who fail to provide the necessary personal information, provide false information, or fraudulently use or misappropriate third-party personal data.
